Gaia's Pearl Policies
Gaia's Pearl does offer 3 and 4 bedroom accommodations for low season, off-peak and Near-peak times of year. Please inquire about rates and availability.
Inflatable twin bed option available for children under 13. Inflatable beds are not to be used by guests older than 13.
Unlike other luxury villas who charge additional fees per person per night, Gaia's Pearl offers our guests a flat fee for their entire stay, $125 per inflatable bed, maximum of four inflatable beds ($500/min stay). This flat fee will help us pay for inflatable bed set-up, breakdown and additional water, gas and electricity usage.
There is no inflatable bed availability for 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom rentals.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
There are no refunds of deposits for reservations that fall from Thanksgiving week and the end of April.
For dates between May 1 and Thanksgiving week Ninety-five percent (95%) refund of deposit is issued for cancellations outside of 90 days,
Fifty percent (50%) refund of deposit for cancellations that are made 89-61 days prior to check-in.
No refunds of deposit will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival.
In the event of a hurricane, dates may be changed with all payments already made applied to the new reservation, at the rate for the new dates.
In the event of a Covid incident that prohibits travel into the USVI, dates may be changed with all payments already made applied to the new reservation, at the rate for the new dates.
NO REFUNDS are issued for late arrivals or early departure for any reason.
Due to unforeseen events that could disrupt your travel, we strongly recommend affordable travel insurance to cover risks including, but not limited to, medical treatment, accidents, evacuations and trip cancellation/interruption.
