The location cannot be beat!

Gaia's Pearl is an amazing 5 star resort-like home. Pictures truly don't do the property justice. We loved the incredible 180 degree view from the infinity pool, the beautiful new kitchen, the wonderful indoor/outdoor living spaces, and the fact that every bedroom had an en suite bathroom with its own outdoor rainfall-style shower. There were so many other little touches that made the stay one of the best vacations we've ever had: the stocked "toy" closet with pool noodles, snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs, etc.; the high quality linens and comfortable beds; the outdoor shower by the house's entrance to wash the sand off the chairs and your feet after a day at the beach; and even the ability to stream music to the speaker system - which made sitting on the pool deck overlooking the unobstructed views of the ocean even more relaxing. We also enjoyed the wildlife that milled near the house from time to time, including iguanas, chickens and a pack of friendly goats - together which created a very tropical island feeling. Last, the location really cannot be beat. As the tagline suggests, "Far From it, Yet Close to Everything", Gaia's Pearl is both isolated and nearby everything - an easy 5 minute drive into town, but at the same time feels extremely private - with only two other villas in sight. A highly recommended vacation experience!
